We offer coach and minibus hire which is tailored to your specific needs, however in order to do this, we need the answers to a few basic questions. So before picking up the phone, make sure you have the following information at your disposal and the whole booking process will be a breeze.

• Date and time. Yes, this is the first most fundamental fact you will need to furnish us with in order to generate a booking. Regardless of how far away your occasion is, ensure you put your name on your required date as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. This is especially important if you’re booking a wedding, or a function on an important date, as these slots tend to book up very quickly.

We have a huge range of coaches and minibuses of varying sizes so no amount of passengers is an issue for us. If more than one vehicle is required we can offer you a very generous discount on your multi-coach booking.
• Luggage. If you need to transport luggage then we will need to match you with a vehicle which is large enough to accommodate all of your passengers plus the baggage. We do have coaches which are more suitable for such journeys and offer capacious under floor storage and overhead racks.
• Standard of coach. Often customers embarking upon a long distance journey like to hire our most luxurious coaches as they offer a very high standard of comfort. Your trip will fly by when you’ve got a DVD/TV system to keep you entertained, air conditioning and reclining seats to keep you relaxed and a kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities and microwave.
• Budget. If you have a strict budget to stick to then we can advise you on the most economical options available to you. Plus we can make suggestions on the best ways to keep costs down.
• Pick up and drop off points. Specific addresses of where you’re being collected and dropped off will need to be provided to ensure there is no mix up in location. We also like to check ahead that there is a safe place for the vehicle to park up whilst the passengers are embarking/disembarking.
• Route. Do you need the vehicle to take a specific route? Maybe you need to pick up passenger along the way? Or would like to stop off at a certain place on your journey?
• Pick-ups and drop-offs. Aside from the basic A-B collection and drop-off, do you require any subsequent stops?
• Local transfers. Once you reach your destination will you require the coach to take you to another location in the area? If you need transporting from your hotel to an event the coach can stay with you to chauffeur you around during your stay.
• Special requirements. Do you need a coach with wheel chair access? Are you carrying especially bulky or delicate luggage such as musical instruments? Do you need to transport animals such as a blind dog? Whatever your request, we will do our best to accommodate all your needs.
